We can see the external evidence of the devastation Covid 19 is having on the outside world; costing lives, damaging the economy and changing society. But what about the way it’s effecting us all internally? We’re shrouded in uncertainty, have none of the day-to-day physical interaction that for many of us is a source of vital energy and being locked in our houses means for some of us, our negative thoughts and insecurities are raging.
This session will address that head on; we will find ways to quieten that imposter syndrome and shut down those catastrophising thoughts. Together we will discuss ways to access confidence, maintain positivity and focus on our outcomes to ensure we take control and come through this madness with strength and clarity.
Emma started out in FMCG before spending a decade as the Sales & Marketing director for Eurostar, commercially transforming the business and gaining a reputation as an outstanding leader with a passion for the power of both brand and people. She set up her brand agency, Glow London in 2014, focused on bringing brands to life by driving compelling brand strategy into culture. She is a Trustee of The Marketing Academy Foundation as well as a mentor, panel interviewer and general sidekick/BFF to Sherilyn Shackell. As well as her 20 odd salubrious years in the industry, she is also well known for being dangerous to be out drinking with on a school night.
